2 Thessalonians 2:1-4

​¹ Now in regard to the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to meet Him, we ask you, brothers and sisters, ² not to be quickly unsettled or alarmed either by a [so-called prophetic revelation of a] spirit or a message or a letter [alleged to be] from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has [already] come. ³ Let no one in any way deceive or entrap you, for that day will not come unless the apostasy comes first [that is, the great rebellion, the abandonment of the faith by professed Christians], and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the son of destruction [the Antichrist, the one who is destined to be destroyed], ⁴ who opposes and exalts himself [so proudly and so insolently] above every so-called god or object of worship, so that he [actually enters and] takes his seat in the temple of God, publicly proclaiming that he himself is God.

Rebellion Against Divine Authority

Irreverence and disobedience are noticed among believers.

⁵ Do you not remember that when I was still with you, I was telling you these things? ⁶ And you know what restrains him now [from being revealed]; it is so that he will be revealed at his own [appointed] time. ⁷ For the mystery of lawlessness [rebellion against divine authority and the coming reign of lawlessness] is already at work; [but it is restrained] only until he who now restrains it is taken out of the way. ⁸ Then the lawless one [the Antichrist] will be revealed and the Lord Jesus will slay him with the breath of His mouth and bring him to an end by the appearance of His coming.

The two forms of State government that could usher in the person of the Antichrist are Humanism and Secularism and are already existing worldwide.

When one looks at world religions, then compares them with Christianity, one can see the traps Satan set for young preachers, who preached pie in the sky and rewards as foundations of the Gospel. WE took disciplined living and obedience to our Heavenly Father’s WORD to be obsolete and old fashioned. And making Yeshua, the Hebrew name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, to be a GOD who loves me, while deceitfulness of sin is accomplishing the goals of the Anti-Christ. While we aren’t looking, the plans of the lawless-one will take hold in the Church.

There are 20 secular states in Asia, while South America has seven secular states. Oceania and North America have the least number of secular states, with only 4 (Australia, New Zealand, Micronesia, and Fiji) in Oceania and 5 (The United States, Mexico, Cuba, Canada, and Honduras) in North America. However, many secular states exhibit tendencies seen in religious states. For instance, the UK is a recognized secular state, but its constitution requires the head of state to swear to protect the Church of England through taking the Coronation Oath. This oath which was enacted in the late 17th century is characteristic of religious states, and non secular states. Another point of concern is seen in the UK’s House of Lords that features clergymen drawn from the Church of England.

What is Humanism and What Do They Believe?

an outlook or system of thought attaching prime importance to human rather than divine or supernatural matters. Humanist beliefs stress the potential value and goodness of human beings, emphasize common human needs, and seek solely rational ways of solving human problems. A Renaissance cultural movement that turned away from medieval scholasticism and revived interest in ancient Greek and Roman thought.(Among some contemporary writers) a system of thought criticized as being centered on the notion of the rational, autonomous self and ignoring the unintegrated and conditioned nature of the individual.

So, Christianity has taken on a Humanistic turn of similar beliefs. The thrush of the Bible was to make Jesus Christ Lord, who will judge the fruit of every believer. Yeshua doesn’t judge at all but loves us to Kingdom come. The stage is set for a Humanitarian hero to take the stage.

Even though Congress passed to raise the nation’s debt ceiling to get America out of the jeopardy of defaulting on its debt obligation, the recent patchwork only lasted for two months.
