We pray tonight for everyone who is in an areas downwind of Hurricane Laura. We pray that the body of Christ is compel to share their faith. And that the coming of the Messiah won’t find people waiting too late, as some do for Hurricane, because the return of The King of righteousness will be a day of fright, panic.

Amos 5:18-22
(AMP)
18 Woe (judgment is coming) to you who desire the day of the LORD [expecting rescue from the Gentiles]!
Why would you want the day of the LORD?
It is darkness (judgment) and not light [and rescue and prosperity];
19 It is as if a man runs from a lion [escaping one danger]
And a bear meets him [so he dies anyway],
Or goes home, and leans with his hand against the wall
And a snake bites him.
20 Will not the day of the LORD be darkness, instead of light,
Even very dark with no brightness in it?
21 “I hate, I despise and reject your [sacred] feasts,
And I do not take delight in your solemn assemblies.
22 “Even though you offer Me your burnt offerings and your grain offerings,
I will not accept them;

To appreciate the Kingly authority of the Jewish Messiah (the Son of ADONAI), one needs to understand the allotted authority granted to the toppled Prince of Darkness, Lucifer. He controls the lost and disobedient souls in the earth. ADONAI is producing soldiers of Light and warriors who are not the fastest or the strongest; their power comes from remaining in Yeshua’s (the Living Word of GOD).

LIMITATIONS” OF CHRIST

Editor; Val Gunter (VeeGee)Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised!

Those who are idle or idle minded, without being fruitful – naturally or spiritually – are so far away from GOD’S battle they are unaware that real military campaigns exist against the Body of Christ.

Satan’s disguise is sheep clothing, with gifts and talents. The devil’s most potent form of deception is a fictitious and imaginary representation of ADONAI. Someone may ask, “Didn’t the Lord destroy Satan at the cross?”

The answer is that Satan’s deceptions or trickery will tempt every living soul. And, every living soul will be judged based on trusting the WORD of God rather than Satan’s wiles.

In recent years, the wolf in sheep clothing is dis-arming the church’s position against sin through Satan’s inappropriate use of the terms “grace,” “mercy,” and “favor.”

The Thousand Years

1 Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven with the key to the bottomless pit and a heavy chain in his hand. 2 He seized the dragon—that old serpent, who is the devil, Satan—and bound him in chains for a thousand years. 3 The angel threw him into the bottomless pit, which he then shut and locked so Satan could not deceive (πλανάω planáō); the nations anymore until the thousand years were finished. Afterward, he must be released for a little while. Revelation 20:1-3

Even though Satan has allocated powers, his dominance comes with limited wiggle room. Satan only does what is allowed until people persistently ignore the warnings of the Holy Scripture.

The devil serves a purpose; in the end, those who do not live their lives according to Christ’s teachings have no resistance to Satan’s deception.

And those who think they haven’t chosen a side are under Lucifer’s control. There is not one soul who has lived on earth, played a neutral role, or was nonpartisan. For this reason, even good people need Jesus Christ’s atoning grace.

Proverb 16:4 4 The LORD has made everything for its purpose, Even the wicked [according to their role] for the day of evil.

Proverbs 16:4 (TLB)

4 The Lord has made everything for his own purposes—even the wicked for punishment.

Satan has to present himself before the LORD

Job 2:1-6 (AMP)

1 Again there was a day when the sons of God (angels) came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan (adversary, accuser) also came among them to present himself before the LORD. 2 The LORD said to Satan, “From where have you come?” Then Satan answered the LORD, “From roaming around on the earth and from walking around on it.” 3 The LORD said to Satan, “Have you considered and reflected on My servant Job? For there is none like him on the earth, a blameless and upright man, one who fears God [with reverence] and abstains from and turns away from evil [because he honors God]. And still he maintains and holds tightly to his integrity, although you incited Me against him to destroy him without cause.” 4 Satan answered the LORD, “Skin for skin! Yes, a man will give all he has for his life. 5 But put forth Your hand now, and touch his bone and his flesh [and severely afflict him]; and he will curse You to Your face.” 6 So the LORD said to Satan, “Behold, he is in your hand, only spare his life.”

Another time the Almighty is having an assembly in the spirit realm. The Lord ADONAI sent a word to King Ahab and he told him how he would die. So, a demonic spirit volunteered to be a lying spirit in the mouth of Ahab’s prophets.

2 Chronicles 18:18-22

18 Then Micaiah continued, “Listen to what the LORD says! I saw the LORD sitting on his throne with all the armies of heaven around him, on his right and on his left. 19 And the LORD said, ‘Who can entice King Ahab of Israel to go into battle against Ramoth-gilead so he can be killed?’

“There were many suggestions, 20 and finally a spirit approached the LORD and said, ‘I can do it!’

“‘How will you do this?’ the LORD asked.

21 “And the spirit replied, ‘I will go out and inspire all of Ahab’s prophets to speak lies.’

“‘You will succeed,’ said the LORD. ‘Go ahead and do it.’

22 “So you see, the LORD has put a lying spirit in the mouths of your prophets. For the LORD has pronounced your doom. 2 Chronicles 18:18-22

For those who love the lord will have the Mind of Christ and are kept and protected by the LORD. But people who have not serindered to the GOD’s WORD are opened for the controlling spirits from the dark kindom to influience their conception about God.

6 The scarlet beast and his ten horns all hate the prostitute. They will strip her naked, eat her flesh, and burn her remains with fire. 17 For God has put a plan into their minds, a plan that will carry out his purposes. They will agree to give their authority to the scarlet beast, so God’s words will be fulfilled. 18 And this woman you saw in your vision represents the great city that rules over the kings of the world.” Revelation 17:16-18

Yeshua never places particular emphasis on grace as the only component for Salvation as do contemporary preachers. If we listen to the Gospel of today, one would think that the Son of GOD got it all wrong, but we got it right.

Every tree’s fruit is judged in the end.

While “Gace” got us grafted into the true vine, our fruit production determines what kind of branch we are.

Matthew 7:18-23 (AMP)

18 A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Therefore, by their fruit, you will recognize them [as false prophets].

21 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven. 22 Many will say to Me on that day [when I judge them], ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, and driven out demons in Your name, and done many miracles in Your name?

‘ 23 And then I will declare to them publicly, ‘I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME [you are banished from My presence], YOU WHO ACT WICKEDLY [disregarding My commands].’

Every person who follows conventional wisdom will place their Salvation on the “buddy” system. Some have based their Salvation on the fact that God is good all the time, and all the time God is good. While that’s true, the righteous King will not respond like a human savior who judges a respect-of person or a buddy system.

In the Book of Matthew, verse 8:26, we see the start of a conversation where the justice and fairness of Christ observed when dealing with human liberties welcoming Yeshua into a community or asking the Savior to leave before sharing a word. One must remember, Jesus of Nazareth knocks for permission, and He never walks in without our consent.

Here, in Matthew 8:26, we see one of Yeshua’s greatest miracles and yet, the limitation of His authority. When I use the word “limitation,” I do not speak in respect of deficiency, for ADONAI spoke to a mountain, and HIS voice broke the mountain and a rock that followed Israel into the wilderness. If you want to hear something terrifying, Christ won’t ever go against human will, nor will He drive out demons that we embrace.

Yeshua said, many will say in that day, “Lord, Lord,” but He will say to some, “I never knew you.” Some church members may argue that they had “powerful ministries,” and the Lord may tell them, “It was my Name that caused the Heavens to move and created a miracle, not your right standings before GOD.”

Matthew 8:26 But Jesus answered, “O you men of little faith! Why are you so frightened?” Then he stood up and rebuked the wind and waves, and the storm subsided, and all was calm.

27 The disciples just sat there, awed! “Who is this,” they asked themselves, “that even the winds and the sea obey him?”

Now we see the Son of ADONAI’s limitations; He rebuked the hurricane, and it obeyed. Jesus rebuked the storm surge that rose against them, and He told it to be still. And the sea bowed. But, there is one thing the Messiah couldn’t do, and that was to penetrate the human heart after it was closed and bolted.

28 When they arrived on the other side of the lake, in the country of the Gadarenes, two men with demons in them met him. They lived in a cemetery and were so dangerous that no one could go through that area.

The demon spirits knew their authority and stood their ground. Now even the devils knew that Yeshua could destroy them all.

However, the evil spirits knew Yeshua was sent to earth to exhibit and establish real integrity. This new King will do nothing out of emotion or respect of person. Many might think Jesus will judge out of human emotion at the resurrection day, but His judgment will be strict and fearful according to the Word of ADONAI.

29 They began screaming at him, “What do you want with us, O Son of God? You have no right to torment us yet.”

30 A herd of pigs was feeding in the distance, 31, so the demons begged, “If you cast us out, send us into that herd of pigs.”

32 “All right,” Jesus told them. “Begone.”  And they came out of the men and entered the pigs, and the whole herd rushed over a cliff and drowned in the water below.

33 The herdsmen fled to the nearest city with the story of what had happened, 34, and the entire population came rushing out to see Jesus and begged him to go away and leave them alone. Matthew 8:26-34

With this reading, we learn that The Messiah cannot operate outside the Word of God. And, there were no forerunners in that region to preach the Gospel.

Revelation 2:20-23

20 But I have this [charge] against you, that you tolerate the woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess [claiming to be inspired], and she teaches and misleads My bond-servants so that they commit [acts of sexual] immorality and eat food sacrificed to idols.

21 I gave her time to repent [to change her inner self and her sinful way of thinking], but she has no desire to repent of her immorality and refuses to do so.

22 Listen carefully, I will throw her on a bed of sickness, and those who commit adultery with her [I will bring] into great anguish, unless they repent of her deeds.

So, we are judged by the content of our hearts and our minds.

Here, our Lord and Savior will judge “the innermost thoughts, purposes,” as to say, our thoughts and that which gives purpose and direction to behavior.

In Revelations, we see that rebellious generations can cause the downfall of their children. Behavior resulting from unions with the Kingdoms of Darkness are punished and rejected from eternal life.

23  And I will kill her children (followers) with pestilence [thoroughly annihilating them], and all the churches will know [without any doubt] that I am He who searches the minds and hearts [the innermost thoughts, purposes]. I will give to each one of you [a reward or punishment] according to your deeds. Revelation 2:20-23

Prayer of Repentance: Heavenly Father, please give me your Spirit of Truth. Change me with a renewed heart and a renewed mind. I repent and trust You to guide me through all Righteousness for the rest of my time on earth in Jesus (Yeshua’s) Name. Thank You, Lord. Amen.

Please help us with a gift. Many lives are being changed worldwide by this tool of ministry. Living Church Ministries, 401 Omega Street, Birmingham, Alabama, 35205 Phone 205-323-3733
