Black History Month Bible Tribute, Simon of Cyrene

Simon of Cyrene is mentioned in three of the four Gospels; Matthew 27:32, Mark 15:21 and Luke 23:26. He is mentioned as the man, compelled by the Roman soldiers, to carry the cross of Jesus of Nazareth, out of Jerusalem, as Jesus was taken to His crucifixion. His place of origin, Cyrene, was situated on the northern coast of the African continent.
(Easton Bible Dictionary)
“Black,” perhaps from his dark complexion, a teacher of some distinction in the church of Antioch (Acts 13:1 3). It has been supposed that this was the Simon of Cyrene who bore Christ’s cross. ADONAI blessed his sons Alexander and Rufus with Major ministries of their own.

GOD IS GATHERING 2

Editor: Val Gunter

While talking to an official about the social sciences where trendsetting is changing the identity of many nations worldwide, forecasts studies are important because studying trends tells the government where to zone land for houses and when to build roads. I learned some astonishing facts, such as, that America’s population will grow, but not from growth within, but from groups made up of diverse nationalities.

In America, refugees are free to practice their religious beliefs, which the USA’s highest courts protect. The projection of the USA’s Christian population is expected to decline to 73% by 2025.

This is not because of refugees; this is because the church is fading into zoom meetings and discussions about how much GOD loves us, and that He forgives us for anything we do. When was it ever okay to disobey our parents, because they love us?

The Gospel is not all about forgiveness of our sins, but about becoming a Victorious Warrior in the service of “Yeshua “(Jesus Christ of Nazareth.)

Revelation 2:3-7
(AMP)
3 I know you are enduring patiently and are bearing up for My name’s sake, and you have not fainted or become exhausted or grown weary.
4 But I have this [one charge to make] against you: that you have left (abandoned) the love that you had at first [you have deserted Me, your first love].
5 Remember then from what heights you have fallen. Repent (change the inner man to meet God’s will) and do the works you did previously [when first you knew the Lord], or else I will visit you and remove your lampstand from its place, unless you change your mind and repent.
6 Yet you have this [in your favor and to your credit]: you hate the works of the Nicolaitans [what they are doing as corrupters of the people], which I Myself also detest.
7 He who is able to hear, let him listen to and give heed to what the Spirit says to the assemblies (churches). To him who overcomes (is victorious), I will grant to eat [of the fruit] of the tree of life, which is in the paradise of God.

How many of us know that our parents would rip their hearts out to save our lives? Nonetheless, some would spend their lives dishonoring that present because they knew their deceased parent loved them.

Wait a minute!

Let’s go to the real Gospel

Your testing under the heat made you stronger and able to exert great spiritual strength over your enemies. Vigorous and robust in the spirit realm, not giving in to the weakness of the flesh. You are pressed into being GOD’s work in the Earth, the Ecclesia, His Body.

Romans 1:16-17
(Complete Jewish Bbible 2016)
16  For I am not ashamed of the Good News, since it is God’s powerful means of bringing salvation to everyone who keeps on trusting, to the Jew especially, but equally to the Gentile. 17  For in it is revealed how God makes people righteous in his sight; and from beginning to end it is through trust — as the Tanakh puts it, “But the person who is righteous will live his life by trust.”

Satan offers us the grace where nothing is covered or forgiven, but only gives continued injury to one’s soul. We proved in last week’s blog, a Biblical definition of God’s Grace. “Grace” was not designed to hide our insufficiencies to live for God, but Yeshua’s “Grace” is the ability to fight our spiritual battles alongside Yeshua.

Here is the Truth About GOD’S GRACE

Luke 10:17-20 (AMP)

Luke 10:17-20 (AMP)
17 The seventy returned with joy, saying, Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name!
18 And He said to them, I saw Satan falling like a lightning [flash] from heaven.
19 Behold! I have given you authority and power to trample upon serpents and scorpions, and [physical and mental strength and ability] over all the power that the enemy [possesses]; and nothing shall in any way harm you.
20 Nevertheless, do not rejoice at this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are enrolled in heaven.

ADONAI’S “GRACE” IS NOT FOR COVERING OUR SHAME BUT TO UNVEIL OR DIVULGE THE MYSTERY OF THE BRIDE.

Romans 1:1-7
(CJB 2016)
1  From: Sha’ul, a slave of the Messiah Yeshua, an emissary because I was called and set apart for the Good News of God.
2  God promised this Good News in advance through his prophets in the Tanakh. 3  It concerns his Son — he is descended from David physically; 4  he was powerfully demonstrated to be Son of God spiritually, set apart by his having been resurrected from the dead; he is Yeshua the Messiah, our Lord. 5  Through him we received grace and were given the work of being an emissary on his behalf promoting trust-grounded obedience among all the Gentiles, 6  including you, who have been called by Yeshua the Messiah.
7  To: All those in Rome whom God loves, who have been called, who have been set apart for him:
Grace to you and shalom from God our Father and the Lord Yeshua the Messiah.

We have created an industry over Yeshus’s forgiving us for habitual sins, rather than placing emphases on His ability to keep us from falling.

Jude 1:24-25
(AMP)
24 Now to Him Who is able to keep you without stumbling or slipping or falling, and to present [you] unblemished (blameless and faultless) before the presence of His glory in triumphant joy and exultation [with unspeakable, ecstatic delight]—
25 To the one only God, our Savior through Jesus Christ our Lord, be glory (splendor), majesty, might and dominion, and power and authority, before all time and now and forever (unto all the ages of eternity). Amen (so be it).

Romans 1:18
(CJB 2016)
18  What is revealed is God’s anger from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of people who in their wickedness keep suppressing the truth;

The LORD Dresses us to be Victorious Over SIN.

I, the Lord, will raise up an army, who, when the devil offers them an opportunity at immorality they will say, “sorry, I am not dressed for that.”

The Kingdom of Darkness rages around the world, causing tiny adjustments to change the spiritual tolerance of sin, worldwide.

A Simple Prayer

After the Jewish Messiah defeated all darkness and commissioned the “Ecclesia,” the called, on how to keep out Satan’s advancements against truth, we seldom hear about Yeshua’s warfare agenda.

We pray to the Father, in Jesus’ name: Our Heavenly Father, Arise, oh Great and Sovereign King, that Your enemies are scattered and Your will be done in the Earth. As we take Your armor and stand with the concert of angels, we resist the kingdom of darkness and occupy what is rightfully Yours. In Yeshua’s authority, Amein!, Hebrew for “be it so.”

Now this prayer may not be as good as the ones you pray, but just one to exercise your military responsibility to stay in the habit of defending ADONAI.

The Body of Yeshua must understand that when the message evaporates into human discussions and we forget what our uniforms are for, the signs from Heaven moves to the groups who are pressing on the darkness.

Mark 16:17
(CWSB)
17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

Countless, numbers have lost the sacred moral compass that directs all glory to the Lamb of GOD. When the church starts preaching about themselves, then Satan is free to ascend into the pulpit. There are no vacuums in the spirit realm. Glory is designated to the Lamb’s story, and for this cause, “Yeshua,” always pointed all credit to His Father.

(I) To make clean, render pure.
(A) Particularly in Heb. 9:13.
(B) Metaphorically, to render clean in a moral sense, to purify, sanctify (Rom. 15:16, “being sanctified by the Holy Ghost,” meaning by the sanctifying influences of the Holy Spirit on the heart. See 1 Cor. 6:11; Eph. 5:26; 1 Thess. 5:23; 1 Tim. 4:5; Heb. 2:11; 10:10, 14, 29; 13:12; Rev. 22:11). Hoi hēgiasménoi, those who are sanctified, is a reference to Christians in general.

At the rate of speed of the disappearing knowledge and purpose of the WORD of GOD, we are to ascribe Glory to the Lamb of ADONAI. Replacing the Gospel of the suffering Messiah with feel-good gospel candy only excites danger and is very similar to the high treason of (Hasatan; The deceiver, Satan). After ADONAI elevated the star of the morning (Lucifer), that was not enough. Satan wanted it all. The Devil could feel the energy of the applause and thunderous cheers and wanted it for himself. He imagined what it would be like to be adored, cherished, then venerated or worshipped.

Luke 10:17-20
(NLT)
The Return of the Seventy Two
17 And the seventy two disciples returned, they joyfully reported to him, “Lord, even the demons obey us when we use you name!”

18 “Yes,” he told them, “I saw Satan fall from heaven like lightning!”

19 Look, I have given you authority over all the power of the enemy, and you can walk among snakes and scorpions and crush them. Nothing will injure you.

20 But don’t rejoice because evil spirits obey you; rejoice because your names are registered in heaven.”

Ezekiel 28:12-19
(AMP)
12 Son of man, take up a lamentation over the king of Tyre and say to him, Thus says the Lord God: You are the full measure and pattern of exactness [giving the finishing touch to all that constitutes completeness], full of wisdom and perfect in beauty.
13 You were in Eden, the garden of God; every precious stone was your covering, the carnelian, topaz, jasper, chrysolite, beryl, onyx, sapphire, carbuncle, and emerald; and your settings and your sockets and engravings were wrought in gold. On the day that you were created, they were prepared.

17 Your heart was proud and lifted up because of your beauty; you corrupted your wisdom for the sake of your splendor. I cast you to the ground; I lay you before kings, that they might gaze at you.
18 You have profaned your sanctuaries by the multitude of your iniquities and the enormity of your guilt, by the unrighteousness of your trade. Therefore I have brought forth a fire from your midst; it has consumed you, and I have reduced you to ashes upon the earth in the sight of all who looked at you.
19 All who knew you among the people are astonished and appalled at you; you have come to a horrible end and will forever cease to be.

Being the total opposite of Satan, when Jesus Christ of Nazareth stepped into ministry, it was as a scroll unrolled revealing the mystery weapon, something not understood or beyond understanding: enigma came in the volume of a book.

When we step into Yeshua’s story and want to be celebrated like Him, we are setting the wrong goals. Nobody, complains about washing a king’s foot, but will you wash the feet of the homeless? The Gospel of Christ came to make you a slave, servant to the broken, criminal, and the lost.

What good is the Gospel when it may make us feel good about being blessed when thousands are dying and going to Hell? How can we shout for joy, when there are so many broken relations all over the body? This will be a time when both, the teacher and their students will love the gospel of “Me.”

Will there ever come a time to stop the lies or will ADONAI cause a famine of the WORD of GOD to hasten the day of the LORD?

The Famine of Amos 8:11

Amos 8:11-14 (AMP)

11 Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord God, when I will send a famine in the land, not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but [a famine] for hearing the words of the Lord.

12 And [the people] shall wander from sea to sea and from the north even to the east; they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the Lord [inquiring for and requiring it as one requires food], but shall not find it.

13 In that day shall the fair virgins and young men faint for thirst.
14 Those who swear by Ashimah or the sin of Samaria and say, By the life of your god [the golden calf], O Dan! and [swear], By the life of the way of [idolatrous] Beersheba, they shall fall and rise no more.

1 Timothy 4:6-12
(CJB 2016)
6  If you present all this to the brothers, you will be serving the Messiah Yeshua well; it will show that you have digested the words of the faith and of the good teaching which you have followed. 7  But refuse godless old wives’ tales and exercise yourself in godliness. 8  For although physical exercise does have some value, godliness is valuable for everything, since it holds promise both for the present life and for the life to come. 9  Here is a statement you can trust, one that fully deserves to be accepted 10  (indeed, it is for this that we toil and strive): we have our hope set on a living God who is the deliverer of all humanity, especially of those who trust.
11  Command these things and teach them.

The real problem is, according to Environmental Scientists, the most significant environmental disaster is that the earth will refuse to co-operate with climatological weather, to produce food, or support the eco-system that will sustain fish and wildlife to support their populations. (Scientist 30-year plan Biblical plagues and the earth’s weather.)

Titus 1:9
(CJB 2016)
9  He must hold firmly to the trustworthy Message that agrees with the doctrine; so that by his sound teaching he will be able to exhort and encourage, and also to refute those who speak against it.

Titus 1:10-14
(CJB 2016)
10  For there are many, especially from the Circumcision faction, who are rebellious, who delude people’s minds with their worthless and misleading talk. 11  They must be silenced; because they are upsetting entire households by teaching what they have no business teaching, and doing it for the sake of dishonest gain. 12  Even one of the Cretans’ own prophets has said, “Cretans are always liars, evil brutes, lazy gluttons” — 13  and it’s true! For this reason, you must be severe when you rebuke those who have followed this false teaching, so that they will come to be sound in their trust 14  and no longer pay attention to Judaistic myths or to the commands of people who reject the truth.

2 Timothy 3:16
(CJB 2016)
16  All Scripture is God-breathed and is valuable for teaching the truth, convicting of sin, correcting faults and training in right living;

(CWSB Dictionary)
508. ἀνώγεον anṓgeon; gen. anōgéou, neut. noun from ánō (G0507), up, and gaía (n.f.), ground, earth. An upper room or chamber (Mark 14:15; Luke 22:12).
Syn.: huperṓon (G5253), upper, an upper chamber.
Concordance
509. ἄνωθεν ánōthen; adv. from ánō (G0507), above, and the suffix -then denoting from. From above.
(I) Of place: from above, from a higher place (Matt. 27:51; Mark 15:38; John 19:23). Used in substitution of ouranóthen (G3771), from heaven, or ek toú ouranoú (ek [G1537], from; toú ouranoú [G3772], the heaven), from the heaven, from God since God dwells in heaven. In John 3:3, 7, 31; 19:11; James 1:17, the meaning is from God, implied in the “from above.” The wisdom from above in James 3:17 is the heavenly or divine wisdom (cf. James 3:15; Sept.: Ex. 28:27; Job 3:4).
(II) Of time:
(A) From the first, from the beginning (Luke 1:3; Acts 26:5, knowing me from the first [ánōthen], from the earliest age; Gal. 4:9, again, from the very beginning, as if you had never been a Christian).
(B) Again, another time as in John 3:3, 7, “be born again.” This could also be translated “to be born from above.” Both meanings are correct since this is a birth from God and it is a new birth. In John 3:4, Nicodemus clearly takes it to mean to be born a second time (deúteron [G1208]).
Syn.: dís (G1364), twice; pálin (G3825), again; próteron (G4386), before, first; prṓtos (G4413), first; prṓton (G4412), firstly, of time; en archḗ (en [G1722], in; archḗ [G0746], beginning) from the beginning; ap’ archḗs (apó [G0575], from, archḗs [n.f.], beginning), from the beginning.
